Almhütte Stableshof

The over 400-year-old Stableshof is one of the last remaining farms of its kind in Austria. The panoramic location offers breathtaking views of the mountains of Austria, Italy, and Switzerland. It is an ideal place for nature lovers who want to enjoy absolute peace and quiet and are looking for something special.
The nearest town, Nauders, is approximately 4.5 km away. There you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. About 150 meters below the Almhütte Stableshof is the new Stableshof. Here you can purchase localy produced farm products. Your furry friend is welcome at the cabin too.
In summer (dry season), the cabin can be reached by car for loading and unloading the luggages. Afrterwards the vehicle must be parked at the new Stableshof, which is located approximately 100 meters below the Almhütte Stableshof.

In summer, the most beautiful hikes and mountain tours begin at the Almhütte Stableshof. Farmer Seppl cultivates the surrounding alpine meadows, and every helping hand is welcome, including helping with haymaking. For the more adventurous, there's a reservoir above the cabin for cooling off on hot summer days.
