In summer, the surrounding nature invites you to hikes, mountain bike tours and other outdoor activities, while in winter the Großarl-Dorfgastein ski area offers perfect conditions for winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, the Alpin Chalet Stern can be reached by car; In winter, arrival is only possible by cable car. The luggage will be brought to the chalet and picked up again.

Großarl is a winter sports paradise for young and old. The Alpin Chalet Stern is located directly on the ski slope. This means that no car or ski bus is needed. The Großarl-Dorfgastein ski area is part of the “Ski Amadé” ski resort.
