The cozy attic apartment offers space for up to four people with two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The stylish furnishings, featuring plenty of wood, create a warm, inviting atmosphere. In the open-plan living-dining area, a comfortable couch, a wood-burning stove with a window, and satellite TV invite you to spend relaxing evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle makes cooking a pleasure. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as WiFi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a ski boot dryer complete the comfortable amenities.
A special highlight is the sunny terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue – the perfect place for breakfast at dawn or a relaxing barbecue evening with a view of the majestic Dolomites.
The nearest town of Pichl is just a few kilometers away, and a grocery store and a restaurant are 500 meters from the chalet. Parking is available directly at the chalet.

The chalet is located 1 km from the small but perfectly equiped Pichl ski lift. Here starts the fun for all ages. A children slope for beginners, a blue and a black slope for experienced ones. Other larger ski areas, such as the Kronplatz and the Three Peaks ski area, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

But the Gsies Valley also offers plenty other attactions away from slopes:
