Rent a chalet with sauna directly on the ski slopes in Pichl:

The chalet Mitterspitz is located on 1.300 meter above sea level, on a sunny place and direct next to the ski pist. In 2010 the chalet Mitterspitz was completly renovated and lovingly equipped. The mostly used building materials are stone pine and larch wood. The chalet Mitterspitz offers place for twelve guests.
From the balcony and the terrace, the guests have a fantastic view over the Schladming Tauern mountains in the south and the Dachstein mountains in the north.
The next village is called Haus and eight kilometer from the chalet away. In Haus the guests can do their shopping in bakery, butcher, supermarket. Only a few minutes from the chalet Mitterspitz away are also two restaurants.
Upon request of the customer, it is possible to get every morning fresh bread into the chalet. The chalet Mitterspitz is reachable the whole year by car. Parking spaces are in front of the chalet. Pets are welcome.

The chalet Mitterspitz is in summer the startpoint for countless hikings in the region Dachstein-Tauern. Over 1.000 kilometer hiking trails bring a great variety.
Mountainbiker are also welcome in the region around the chalet Mitterspitz. The guests can choose between 500 cycling trails in all levels of difficulty.
Around the chalet it gives further activities like: Nordic Walking trails, a lake, a tennis court, beach volleyball and a football pitch.
The guests get at their arrival the Schladming-Dachstein-Sommercard for free with benefits by cable cars, spas, parks and museums.
Across the street is a children-club with activities like pony rides, treasure hunts or fairytale hikes.

The chalet Mitterspitz is located next to the ski pist. So, the guests reach the ski pist by their ski. The ski resort from Schladming-Dachstein is a glacier-ski-resort with 100% snow guarantee. Together with the neighbor-ski-resorts Reiteralm, Hochwurzen, Planai und Hauser Kaibling the guests can enjoy over 123 pists kilometer with 44 modern cable cars and lifts.
Cross-country skier can enjoy the 15 loips with over 200 kilometer.
Further winter activities are snow tubing, paragliding, helicopter skiing, snow kiting, ice skating, curling, sleigh ride, height hiking trails and winter hiking trails.
