Schlickhütte

Next to the Grasreitchalet is the rustic Schlickchalet situated on a sunny slope. From the balcony you have a fantastic view over the mountains from Grossarl. The Schlickchalet was build in 1996 and is reachable the whole year by car. The next bigger village is Grossarl and 7 km away. In Grossarl are supermarkets, butchers, bakery, doctors and so on.
Parking spaces are in front of the house for three cars. Pets are welcome.

The ski resort Grossarl is the perfect area for skiers and snowboarders. With one ski pass you can spend time in the complete ski resort Grossarl/Dorfgastein, Gasteinertal, Salzburger Sportwelt, Hochkönigs Winterreich and Schladming-Dachstein/Tauern. Of course, the ski bus is included too. Outside the ski pist, the Grossarl-Valley also offers a lot of free time activities like sledding, tobogganing and sleigh rides. A highlight is the lighted toboggan run. The skating ring in the leisure centre in Grossarl is free to use. Also interesting are a trip to Salzburg or St. Johann in Pongau.

The Grossarl-Valley the "Valley of the mountain pastures" offers in the summer infinite possibilities for hiking. Over 250 km marked trails with over 40 farmed pastures. For experienced hiker there are much interesting via ferrata. Also mountain bikers can to pursue their hobby. In Grossarl is a swimming pool with beach volleyball court, tennis courts, miniature golf and a football field with artificial turf. For children is a special entertainment program, the „Rucki Zuckis Gaudi-Alm“.
For family getaways you can visit castle "Hohenwerfen" with bird of prey demonstration or the national park "Huettschlag".
